These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Saylings mobile app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Using Saylings
You must be an adult (or of legal age in your country) to create an account. You're responsible for the content you add and for keeping your account secure. Use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your content
The words, photos, recordings and other content you add remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content to you and to the people you choose to share it with, so we can provide the Service.
Sharing links
A read-only share link can be opened by anyone who has it, without signing in. You are responsible for who you send it to. You can revoke a link at any time from within the app.
Paid features
Saylings is currently free. We plan to offer an optional paid tier in future. If and when we do, it will be sold through Apple, the terms will be shown to you before you buy, and purchases will additionally be governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement:
Acceptable use
- Don't misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.
- Don't use the Service to violate anyone's rights or the law.
Disclaimer
Saylings provides general information and keepsake tools for families. Any developmental milestones or guidance in the app or on this site are for general information only and are not medical or professional advice. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
